Premium Properties is ideally located in the Espaces Antipolis Business Center in the heart of the Sophia-Antipolis technology park. Being close to the international schools of the CIV, Mougins School and EBICA means the offices are easily accessible allowing for easy consultations for clients with purchase or sales projects. Our working area ranges from Biot, Opio, Valbonne, Mougins and extends to the hinterland of Antibes and Cannes.

Béatrice Martinez
Co-founder of Premium Properties
Béatrice is a graduate of the EM Lyon in Strategy and Marketing. She has 30 years of experience as a senior manager with Air France, Amadeus and a professor in international business schools. Béatrice has worked in real estate since 2013 and has mastered all aspects of the industry. It is by pulling on her combined experience that allows Béatrice to manage with experience and enthusiasm all sales or purchase projects.
Frank Régi
Co-founder of Premium Properties
Frank is originally from Antibes and a graduate of the Skema Business School and the College of Charleston (South Carolina-USA). His experience in the luxury hotel business in Cannes has allowed Frank to master the management of demanding international clients. To date, Frank has nearly 15 years of experience in residential real estate and has received supplementary training in working with lawyers and notairies providing him with extensive knowledge on the legal impacts of purchasing property in France. This, combined with his local knowledge and knowledge of the industry, means Frank is ideally placed to guide clients through a purchase or a sales process.
